Process
How it works
Six steps from first enquiry to equipment on a truck. Some deals move faster, complete plants with export logistics take longer, but the sequence is the same.
01. Enquiry
You send an enquiry against a listing, or brief us if you are sourcing. We reply within one working day to confirm what we know and what happens next.
02. NDA
Before we release the full dossier we ask you to sign a short mutual NDA. It protects the seller's confidentiality and is usually turned around within a day.
03. Dossier
Once the NDA is signed, we send the full dossier: detailed equipment list, technical datasheets where available, maintenance and inspection history, and further photographs.
04. Inspection
We arrange a site inspection, in person or through a third-party inspection firm if travel is not practical. For anything over a few hundred thousand euros we recommend it strongly.
05. Deal
Terms are agreed, a deposit is taken, and contracts are exchanged. Payment is by bank transfer, with escrow available for buyers who prefer it. Title transfers on cleared funds.
06. Logistics
Dismantling and shipping are coordinated through our network, either by your own contractors working to an agreed method statement or through us as a managed service.
