Our commission
How we charge
We work on commission, agreed as a percentage of the sale price before we begin marketing. There is no upfront fee to list with us. If we do not sell it, you do not pay us. Valuation services and dismantling and logistics coordination can be engaged separately, priced on the scope of the job.
